As our Digital Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating our CRM
  • Creating and owning our campaign calendar 
  • Undertaking competitor and industry research
  • Working with the team on preparing content and case studies
  • Running our regular EDMs and tracking metrics
  • Actively managing our social media accounts 
  • Collaborating with our other internal marketing teams
  • Updating our website and tracking conversions
  • Reviewing and analysing adwords, remarketing and SEO campaigns
  • Assisting with the preparation of trade shows and conferences
  • Coordinating team activities and social events
  • Managing third party agencies and contractors as required from time to time to produce creative content

To succeed within this supportive team, you will need to be motivated and proactive; a fantastic self-manager with excellent communication skills. Above all you'll need a 'can do' attitude to match the pace of this team. 

 Essential Skills Required:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • High quality presentation skills
  • Creative and copy writing abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous experience with Mailchimp
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO
  • Exposure to JIRA / Confluence
  • Experience with Pronto Xi or other ERP
