Lead the charge on Woven's digital projects.

As part of Woven's digital production team, you will be required to:

  • Manage and run customer implementation projects 
    • Stakeholder management
    • Project planning and execution
    • Work with developers to deliver solutions
    • Be involved in delivery testing and documentation
    • Conduct user training
    • Install and deploy applications remotely
    • Complete project milestone billing
  • Research functional requirements, lead UX activities, conduct gap analysis and provide quotations for custom projects 
  • Provide assistance to the support team on advanced customer specific queries  and upgrades
  • Be a high-level problem-solver who is resourceful, inventive, and takes pride in their work.
  • Travel locally, interstate or overseas as necessary (not extensively)

To succeed within this supportive team, you will need to be motivated and proactive; a fantastic self-manager with excellent communication skills. Above all you'll need a 'can do' attitude to match the pace of this team. All product specific training will be provided.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Experience in Agile Project Management, Business Analysis and Documentation
  • Understanding of internet technologies and ecommerce
  • Exposure to supply chain fundamentals
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Project
  • Exceptional customer service

Highly Regarded:

  • Previous experience with integrated UX, eCommerce and / or Content Management systems
  • Digital Agency experience encompassing SEO, EDM & Google Analytics
  • Exposure to JIRA / Confluence
  • Experience with Pronto Xi or other ERP
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, Javascript
