Cultivating seamless delivery of real-time information directly to Barenbrug's customers
Barenbrug NZ, a plant breeding and research company from the Royal Barenbrug Group, wanted to further ‘help framers thrive’, Barenbrug by providing greater visibility of order information. Traditionally, customers were calling up Barenbrug’s service team for status updates on their seed orders and check stock availability. Barenbrug need a platform which would enable their customers to self-serve and remove any ambiguity.
